Inviting your team and setting up roles
Add managers, trainers, and front-desk staff with the right access for each.

Kasratbook supports unlimited team members on every plan. Each person gets their own login and a role that determines what they can see and edit.
Available roles
- Owner — full access to everything, including billing and account deletion
- Manager — all operations, but cannot change billing or invite owners
- Trainer — members, classes, workouts, and diet plans
- Front desk — check-in, member lookup, and basic edits only
- Custom — pick any combination of permissions
How to invite someone
- Go to Settings → Team → Invite
- Enter their name, phone, and email
- Pick a role from the dropdown
- Click "Send invite". They'll get an SMS and email with a setup link
Multi-branch gyms can scope each role to specific branches. So your Pune manager can see only the Pune branch, while you see all of them.
