Terms of service.

These terms are between Kasratbook Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Kasratbook", "we") and the person or entity that creates an account and signs up for the service ("you"). By using Kasratbook, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a gym or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you notice suspicious activity, let us know immediately at [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use Kasratbook. You also agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your gym.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in Indian rupees or US dollars, depending on your region. Prices are listed on the pricing page and exclude applicable taxes (GST for India, sales tax elsewhere).

If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times and notify you by email. If payment isn't received within 14 days of the due date, we'll suspend your account. Your data stays safe during suspension and we'll restore full access as soon as payment is made.

You can use Kasratbook to manage any number of gym branches, members, trainers, and classes, subject to the limits of your plan. You can export all your data at any time. You can invite team members and control what they can see and edit.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
• Use Kasratbook to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages that violate WhatsApp's commercial policy.
• Resell, rent, or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to store or process data you don't have the right to store or process.
• Probe or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.

We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly. If we miss that target, customers on paid plans are eligible for service credits proportional to the downtime.

Support is available via email and in-app chat. Growth-plan customers get priority support and a typical response time of 2 hours on business days. Enterprise customers get a dedicated success manager and custom SLAs.

You can cancel your account at any time from the billing settings — no call, no form. On cancellation, we immediately stop billing you and give you 30 days to export your data. We may terminate or suspend your account if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of Kasratbook is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits; in those cases, this section applies only to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
