Refund policy.

If it's not working, we don't want your money. Here's exactly how refunds work.

01The short version

Within 30 days of your first paid invoice, if Kasratbook isn't the right fit, we'll refund you in full. No questions, no retention calls, no "are you sure?". Just email us and we'll process the refund.

02Free trial

Every new account starts with a 3-day free trial of the Growth plan, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you decide whether to upgrade. If you don't, your account automatically downgrades to read-only — your data stays safe, you just can't add new records until you upgrade.

03Monthly subscriptions

If you're on a monthly plan and you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again. We don't pro-rate partial months.

04Annual subscriptions

Annual plans get a 20% discount over monthly. If you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, you get a full refund.

After the first 30 days, cancellations are pro-rated: we refund the unused months, at the monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate). So if you paid for 12 months at ₹1,999/mo (annual price) and cancel after 3 months, we refund 9 × ₹2,499 minus the amount you already received from the discount.

05What's not refundable

A few things we can't refund:

  • Third-party fees passed through (WhatsApp conversation fees, payment-gateway fees, SMS charges).
  • Custom onboarding or integration work we've already performed, if you paid for it as a one-off fee.
  • Enterprise contracts with a signed agreement — refund terms are specified in the contract itself.

06How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request". Include a short note about why — we won't argue, but we do read every one of them to understand where we can improve.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For cards issued in India, the amount typically appears on your statement in 3–5 business days after processing. For international cards or wire transfers, it can take 10–15 business days.

07Downgrades

You can downgrade your plan at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference and credit it to your next invoice. If the credit exceeds one month of the lower plan, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method instead.

08Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please write to us first — we'll fix it same-day in most cases. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first leads to an automatic account suspension while we investigate with the card network.
