Scheduling classes and managing waitlists
Set up recurring classes, capacity limits, and automatic waitlist promotions.

Kasratbook handles class schedules, instructor assignments, and waitlists automatically. You set the rules once and the system runs the rest.
Creating a class
- Go to Classes → Create class
- Set name, capacity, duration, and the days/times it runs
- Assign one or more instructors
- Choose which membership plans can book it
- Optionally set a per-class fee for non-members or upgrades
Waitlists
When a class is full, additional members go on a waitlist. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist gets promoted automatically and is notified via WhatsApp. They have 30 minutes to confirm or they're skipped.
